My name is Tori, and I would describe myself as a creative writer disguised as a video game designer. I have had a passion for telling stories since I was very young, and have taken that passion into my academic career. As a game designer, my goal is to tell engaging stories and create meaningful experiences through the medium of video games, which I believe to be an underappreciated method of media. Games to me can be a vehicle of fiction, education, and outreach.

Through my time at St. Louis Community College, I explored different areas of study required for general education, and was able to hone in on what I wanted to achieve academically in a way that was accessible to me.

Webster University
Expected Graduation May 2026
Since I entered Webster with all of my general requirements complete, I am able to focus entirely on my major and building my portfolio. I have been a Creative Director on two separate projects, as well as working in a team setting for a variety of others.
